A white Tesla Model Y and a tan GMC SUV were involved in the crash.
Firefighters responded to the scene and blocked the No. 1 lane.
One person suffered minor injuries in the collision. The patient was offered medical aid by responding paramedics.
CHP officers are investigating the crash.
