The accident occurred around 7:42 a.m. on northbound Interstate 110 near West 3rd Street.
A motorcycle and a Toyota Camry were involved in the crash.
One person was transported to the hospital for treatment of minor injuries.
CHP officers are investigating to determine the cause of the collision.
