Los Angeles, CA – One person was killed on Monday night in a pedestrian accident in Los Angeles, according to the California Highway Patrol.

The fatal accident happened at around 11:21 p.m. on October 20, 2025, at Harbor (110) Freeway and West 23rd Street

CHP said a pedestrian traveling in a car on southbound I-110 and West 23rd Street probably jumped or fell from the car and was struck by multiple cars on the roadway.

The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.

Police crossed all the lanes of the southbound freeway for about two hours to facilitate on-scene investigations.

No further details were provided.

The crash is under investigation.
