
Oakdale, CA. – A 48-year-old Oakdale woman was killed in a head-on collision on Thursday afternoon in Oakdale, Stanislaus County.
According to the California Highway Patrol’s, the crash occurred at the intersection of State Route 108 and Kennedy Road at around 2:56 p.m., February 19
A gray Subaru Legacy crossed over the solid double yellow lines and collided head-on with an oncoming 2019 Tesla sedan. The two vehicles came to rest off the roadway after the crash.
The woman driving the Subaru was pronounced dead at the scene.
The Tesla’s driver, 28-year-old Allen Carey of Ceres, and three passengers, Serenity Bloom, 24, of Manteca, Caleb Saenz, 26, of Modesto, and Danielle Carey, 28, of Ceres, suffered major injuries.
More details about the accident were not released.
