The accident occurred around 9:22 a.m. on the northbound 238 Freeway to the southbound 880 Freeway connector.
San Leandro, CA. – A motorcyclist was seriously injured in a collision with a semi-truck Thursday morning on a connector road in San Leandro, the California Highway Patrol reported.
The accident occurred around 9:22 a.m. on the northbound 238 Freeway to the southbound 880 Freeway connector.
A black Ducati motorcycle and a white semi-truck with an orange trailer were involved in the accident.
The motorcycle was left lodged underneath the trailer with major damage.
The rider suffered major injuries in the crash. Paramedics transported the patient to the hospital in unknown condition.
CHP officers are investigating to determine the cause of the crash.
