According to the California Highway Patrol, the wreck was reported around 5:57 p.m. at Rosemead Boulevard, also known as State Route 54, and Greenwood Avenue.
A black GMC Acadia and a motorcycle were involved in the collision.
The motorcyclist was lying down in the roadway after the accident, and Good Samaritans were offering aid before first responders arrived.
The motorcyclist died from the injuries they suffered in the crash.
