Maricopa, AZ.– A motorcycle rider was hurt in a hit-and-run collision on Saturday evening in Maricopa, according to the Maricopa Police Department.
The incident took place on Hathaway Avenue shortly before 6 p.m.
A motorcyclist crashed into a vehicle that failed to yield while making a left turn at the intersection.
The driver of the vehicle fled the scene after the accident and remains at large.
The motorcyclist sustained minor injuries and declined medical attention.
