Portland, OR.- A moped rider was injured in a hit-and-run collision in Portland early Saturday morning, according to the Portland Police Bureau.
Shortly before 2:30 a.m. November 22, authorities received reports of a crash in the area of North Lombard Street and Northeast 52nd Avenue.
Police said a man was riding a moped when he was struck by a sedan.
The moped was pinned under the car after the crash.
The involved driver was not at the scene when authorities arrived.
The moped rider was taken to a hospital for treatment and was said to be in stable condition.
The search for the hit-and-run driver is ongoing.
