A blue Chevrolet Volt and another car were involved in the crash.
Firefighters responded to the scene and found the vehicles blocking traffic lanes.
At least one person sustained minor injuries in the accident. The patient was offered medical aid at the scene, but it was unclear if they were hospitalized.
Authorities are investigating the collision.
