San Francisco, CA – The San Francisco Medical Examiner’s Office has identified a San Francisco resident killed in a hit-and-run crash at an intersection in San Francisco as Mary Naito, 86.
The deadly crash happened at about 8:46 p.m. on April 25 in the area of Fillmore and McAllister streets
The driver fled following the collision and remains at large. Naito was taken to a hospital and died from her injuries days later.
An investigation is underway.
