Phoenix, AZ. – 19-year-old Margaret Hernandez has been identified as the motorcyclist who died after colliding with a car on Friday morning in North Phoenix.
According to the Phoenix police, the fatal crash happened in the area of 35th and Dunlap avenues.
The woman was riding a motorcycle eastbound on Dunlap when she crashed into another vehicle that pulled in front of her from 35th Avenue.
Ortiz was transported to the hospital where she later died.
The driver of the car was unhurt. He remained at the scene and cooperated with the police.
More details about the accident were not released.
