Indio, CA. – A 34-year-old man died in a motorcycle accident that happened Thursday night near an intersection in Indio.
According to the Indio Police Department, the accident was reported around 9:50 p.m. near Jackson Street and Avenue 41.
Police officers, firefighters, and paramedics responded to the scene.
The responders found a motorcycle and a Honda Civic involved in the crash.
The man riding the motorcycle was declared dead at the scene.
The driver of the Honda remained at the scene and cooperated with investigators.
Alcohol and drugs did not appear to be contributing factors.
