Solano County, CA – A man was killed in a head-on collision on Highway 113 in Solano County Tuesday evening.
The California Highway Patrol the accident was reported at around 7:40 p.m. on State Route 113 near Hay Road.
The police said a driver was driving under the influence of alcohol when it collided head-on with another vehicle.
The male driver of the second vehicle was pronounced dead at the scene.
The DUI driver suffered minor injuries.
The name of the deceased was withheld pending notification of the next of kin.
