Livermore, CA – The Alameda County Coroner’s Bureau identified the 67-year-old Danville man who died Thursday morning in a multi-vehicle collision that happened on Interstate 580 in Livermore.

Jordan Bradshaw died at the scene of the crash that happened around 6:58 a.m., April 30, on the eastbound I-580 east of North Livermore Avenue.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the pileup involved a gray Nissan Armanda SUV, an unknown color, 3-axle semi-truck that did not have a trailer, and Bradshaw’s gray Toyota Tundra pickup truck.

Bradshaw’s vehicle overturned in the crash. The man was pronounced dead at the scene.

It was unclear if any other person was injured.

Authorities said the semi-truck failed to stop after the collision and continued eastbound. CHP is asking anyone with information about the collision or who can help identify the truck and driver that left the scene to contact the CHP Dublin Office at 925-828-0466.

Livermore, CA – One person was killed in a multi-vehicle crash on Interstate 580 in Livermore Thursday morning, according to the California Highway Patrol.

The fatal collision occurred on eastbound Interstate 580 just east of North Livermore Avenue at approximately 7:00 a.m. on April 30, 2026.

According to the CHP, a gray Nissan Armada, a grey Toyota Tundra, and a semi-truck were involved in the crash. CHP said the semi-truck continued traveling eastbound without stopping after the collision.

The Toyota Tundra overturned following the crash.

The driver of the Toyota Tundra was pronounced dead at the scene. No other injuries were reported in the crash. Authorities did not announce any arrests but said they are actively searching for the semi-truck driver involved.

Emergency responders arrived at the scene shortly after the crash and began managing traffic and investigating the incident. Officials later confirmed the collision as fatal approximately 30 minutes after the initial report.

The crash significantly impacted traffic on Interstate 580, with the three right lanes initially blocked and later expanding to four lanes, causing major delays for about three hours.

The incident remains under investigation, and authorities are urging anyone with information about the crash or the semi-truck involved to contact the California Highway Patrol.
