A white or silver sedan was reportedly traveling south on Wilbur Avenue when it crashed into a police cruiser that was at the scene of another collision
Porter Ranch, CA.- A Los Angeles Police Department officer at the scene of an earlier crash was struck and injured by a hit-and-run driver in Porter Ranch on Wednesday night.
According to the authorities, the incident transpired at around 10:40 p.m. November 5, in the area of Chatsworth Street and Wilbur Avenue.
A white or silver sedan was reportedly traveling south on Wilbur Avenue when it crashed into a police cruiser that was at the scene of another collision.
The sedan driver failed to stop at the scene after the collision.
An officer who was in the cruiser was transported to a hospital with minor injuries.
The search for the hit-and-run motorist is underway.
