La Mesa, CA.- Katherine Pederson, 61, was killed in an auto-pedestrian accident that occurred on Monday night in La Mesa, according to the authorities.
The incident occurred at around 9:45 p.m. September 8, in the 5600 block of Baltimore Drive.
According to the report, Pederson was attempting to walk across Baltimore Drive when she was hit by a sedan.
Pederson was rushed to Sharp Memorial Hospital in San Diego, where she was pronounced deceased shortly after.
Authorities are conducting an investigation into the collision.
