According to the report, Satel was riding a Honda CRF50F dirt bike out of a driveway and as he tried to turn onto southbound Mohawk Road, he collided with a Toyota 4Runner that was traveling north on Mohawk Road
Apple Valley, CA.- John A. Satel, 36, of Apple Valley, was killed in a crash between a vehicle and a dirt bike in Apple Valley on Monday evening, accordig to the San Bernardino County Sheriff-Coroner’s Office.
The incident took place on Mohawk Road, just south of Cibola Road, at about 7:30 p.m. April 28.
According to the report, Satel was riding a Honda CRF50F dirt bike out of a driveway and as he tried to turn onto southbound Mohawk Road, he collided with a Toyota 4Runner that was traveling north on Mohawk Road.
Satel was ejected from the bike by the impact of the crash.
He was rushed to a hospital, where he was pronounced deceased.
The driver of the Toyota was not injured.
An investigation into the collision is ongoing.
