Hamilton City, CA. – Jeremy Rosales, 43, has been identified as the man who died in a motorcycle accident on Sunday evening in Hamilton City.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened on State Route 32 at Sacramento Avenue at around 6:30 p.m.

The Forest Ranch man was riding a 2022 Harley Davidson motorcycle eastbound on SR-32 when he was struck by a Tesla that was making a left turn from westbound SR-32 onto Sacramento Avenue.

The impact caused the motorcyclist to continue traveling east, where he hit a stop sign.

Rosales was ejected from the bike and was pronounced dead at the scene.

The Tesla driver stopped his vehicle and remained at the accident scene.

Authorities do not believe drugs or alcohol were factors in the accident.
