According to the WSP, a Lexus traveling eastbound on Highway 101 failed to stop for a traffic signal and collided with a Subaru that was trying to turn from Carlsborg Road onto eastbound Highway 101

Carlsborg, WA.- Three people were injured in a crash between two vehicles in Carlsborg on Sunday morning, according to the Washington State Patrol.
The incident took place on Highway 101 and Carlsborg Road just before noon on Sunday, October 26.
According to the WSP, a Lexus traveling eastbound on Highway 101 failed to stop for a traffic signal and collided with a Subaru that was trying to turn from Carlsborg Road onto eastbound Highway 101.
The driver of the Subaru, James Meyer, 66, of Sequim, and his passengers, Kim Meyer, 69, and Deepa Dehal, 45, of Seattle, were all transported to Olympic Medical Center for treatement of their injuries.
The driver of the Lexus, Joelle Thompson, 45, of Tacoma, was not injured.
The WSP reported that all occupants of the vehicles were wearing their seatbelts.
Impairment was not suspected in the incident but authorities said failure to stop at the signal was the major factor.
An investigation into the collision is ongoing.
