According to Fresno police, Harvey was walking west on Bullard Avenue at the intersection when he was hit by a vehicle
Fresno, CA.- The pedestrian who was hit and killed by a vehicle in north Fresno on Sunday evening has been identified as James Harvey, 48, of Fresno, according to the Fresno County Coroner's Office.
The accident happened on Bullard Avenue and First Street on Sunday, November 23.
According to Fresno police, Harvey was walking west on Bullard Avenue at the intersection when he was hit by a vehicle.
Harvey was taken to a hospital, where he later died.
The driver was at the scene when authorities arrived.
Police said DUI was not believed to be a factor in the incident.
The investigation is still ongoing.
