Whatcom County, WA.– Injuries were reported in a traffic collision that took place in Whatcom County on Frday evening, according to the Washington State Department of Transportation.
The wreck took place on Chuckanut Drive (SR11) and Hiline Road at about 7:55 p.m. August 29.
Details on what may have led to the collision were not immediately available.
Authorities responded to the scene and shut down all lanes of SR 11 as they worked to clear the scene.
At least one patient was transported to PeaceHealth St Joseph's Medical Center with unspecified injuries.
All lanes were reopened at around 1 a.m. on Saturday morning.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
