According to the LAPD, a grey sedan was traveling northbound when it crashed into a bicyclist who was moving in the same direction.

Highland Park, CA – A man riding an e-bike was hit and killed by a vehicle on Wednesday night in Highland Park, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.
The incident took place at around 11 p.m. September 30, in the 4500 block of North Figueroa Street.
According to the LAPD, a grey sedan was traveling northbound when it crashed into a bicyclist who was moving in the same direction.
Police and personnel with the Los Angeles Fire Department arrived at the scene shortly after and the bicyclist was rushed to a hospital.
The victim was reportedly declared deceased at the hospital. The victim’s name was not immediately released.
According to the LAPD, the driver was at the scene when the authorities arrived.
