Hanford, CA: CHP Investigating Multi-Vehicle Collision on Excelsior Avenue near 12th Avenue

, California (August 25, 2021) – The California Highway Patrol is investigating the cause of a multi-vehicle collision that occurred Wednesday afternoon in Hanford.

The multi-vehicle accident took place on Excelsior Avenue near 12th Avenue at around 12:03 p.m. 

As per the CHP report, a white Kia sedan, a white box , and a white Ford F-150 pickup truck crashed on August 25.

The initial report showed that the allegedly ran through a stop sign before colliding with the pickup truck.

Hanford Multi-Vehicle Crash

Due to injuries sustained in the collision, an ambulance was dispatched to the scene.

Officials requested tow trucks to remove the wrecked Kia and Ford major damage away from the crash site.

The accident remains under an active investigation.
