Fresno County, CA – A golf driver was seriously injured after a Monday evening collision in Fresno County.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened on State Route 168 on April 13, 2026.
Reportedly, the golf cart was traveling west on Highway 168 with its lights off. At the same time, a Mercedes was also westbound on Highway 168 and did not see the golf cart as it approached from behind. That’s when the two vehicles collided.
The golf cart driver was ejected onto the road.
They were rushed to the hospital with severe injuries.
It is unknown if drugs or alcohol were factors in the crash.
The CHP is investigating to determine the cause of the incident.
