Fresno, CA – One person was killed and several others, including children, were injured following a multi-vehicle crash on Highway 99 in Fresno on Sunday morning, according to the California Highway Patrol.

According to CHP, the incident involved 17 vehicles, including a commercial travel trailer, resulting in a large pile-up along the highway. Authorities have not fully detailed the exact sequence of events leading to the collision.
CHP confirmed that a 61-year-old man was killed in the crash. In addition, multiple other people, including children, were injured. The victims sustained injuries ranging from minor to major and were transported to local hospitals for medical treatment. No arrests have been reported at this time.
