Fresno, CA – Six people were sent to the hospital after a driver ran a red light and caused a multi-vehicle collision involving a FAX bus Wednesday morning in Fresno, as per a local news source.

Authorities said the bus was traveling northbound on First Street, approaching Shields Avenue.
At the same time, a car heading west on Shields Avenue ran the red light and hit the bus. The car then struck another vehicle at the intersection.
Four people on the bus and the drivers of the other two cars were transported to the hospital with unspecified injuries.
An investigation into the crash is ongoing.
