Tucson, AZ.- One person was killed in a two-vehicle collision that happened early Saturday morning in Tucson, according to the Pima County Sheriff's Office.
The accident occurred just before 4:30 a.m. August 30, on East Drexel Road and South Palo Verde Road.
According to the deputies, a flatbed tow truck and a Buick Lucerne were involved in the accident.
Details on what led up to the crash were not immediately available.
The driver of the Buick, Fran Molina, 25, was pronounced deceased at the scene.
Three passengers in the Buick were transported to a hospital with minor injuries.
The operator of the flatbed tow truck was uninjured.
The Pima County Sheriff's Office is investigating the accident.
