Escondido, CA – One Person Hospitalized after Multi-Vehicle Collision on I-15 and SR-76

Escondido, CA – One person was sent to the hospital after a multi-vehicle collision that happened Saturday morning in Escondido.

According to California Highway Patrol logs, the accident was reported around 10:15 a.m. on October 24, 2026, on northbound Interstate 15 near State Route 76.

A white Toyota Prius, a gray Tesla, and a blue sedan were involved in the crash. One of the cars was reportedly traveling at a high rate of speed prior to the collision.

One person sustained minor injuries in the accident. Emergency personnel transported the patient to Temecula Valley Hospital for treatment.

Authorities are investigating to establish the cause of the crash.
