According to the CHP, Enrique Valadez, 30, of Oakdale, was driving a 1999 Chevrolet pickup southbound on Albers Road when he made an unsafe turn to the left and crashed with an oncoming Volvo Tractor Trailer combination

Oakdale, CA.- A man was killed in a multi-vehicle collision in Oakdale on Saturday night, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The accident took place on Albers Road, south of Valk Road at about 8:49 p.m. September 27.
According to the CHP, Enrique Valadez, 30, of Oakdale, was driving a 1999 Chevrolet pickup southbound on Albers Road when he made an unsafe turn to the left and crashed with an oncoming Volvo Tractor Trailer combination.
The big rig then turned to the left and collided with a southbound Honda Accord.
Valadez was declared deceased at the scene.
The other two drivers were not seriously injured.
DUI is suspected to have played a role in the incident, according to the CHP.
The investigation is ongoing.
