According to the Santa Barbara County Coroner's Bureau, Emanuel Aragon, 24, of Oxnard, was killed in the incident that happened just before 6:40 a.m. November 1, on Highway 101 at the Castillo Street offramp

Santa Barbara, CA.- Authorities have released the identity of the man who was killed in a car crash in Santa Barbara Saturday morning.
According to the Santa Barbara County Coroner's Bureau, Emanuel Aragon, 24, of Oxnard, was killed in the incident that happened just before 6:40 a.m. November 1, on Highway 101 at the Castillo Street offramp.
According to the report, Aragon was driving a silver sedan on the northbound lanes when the sedan overturned and landed on the side of the highway.
Aragon was ejected from the sedan and he died at the scene.
CHP said the accident occurred amid foggy conditions in the area at the time.
The northbound lanes were closed for several hours following the incident.
Alcohol or drugs were suspected to be factors in the crash, CHP reported.
The CHP is investigating the accident.
