Ventura, CA. – 20-year-old Eliana Celedon-Valdez from Camarillo died when she lost control of her motorcycle and crashed, then got hit by passing motorists in Ventura.

Investigators said Celedon-Valdez was riding a black Yamaha northbound when she lost control of the bike and crashed.
The rider was thrown from the bike and came to rest in the northbound lanes.
Immediately after the crash, the motorcycle was run over by a Chevy Silverado driven by a 40-year-old Santa Barbara resident.
After the crash involving the Silverado and the bike, a silver Nissan Sentra struck the motorcycle debris and hit the motorcyclist.
Celedon-Valdez was hospitalized at Ventura County Medical Center with severe injuries. She later died while receiving treatment at the facility.
Her family set up a GoFundMe account to help them raise funds following her demise.

Ventura, CA.- Authorities are investigating a multi-vehicle collision that left a motorcyclist dead in Ventura on Saturday evening.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the wreck took place on the transition from northbound Highway 101 to Highway 126 at around 7:40 p.m. October 4.
A motorcyclist collided with at least one vehicle on the transition under unclear circumstances.
The motorcyclist, who was not identified, was pronounced deceased at the scene.
It's unclear whether there were other injuries in the incident.
At least two lanes were shut down for nearly three hours as authorities investigated the incident.
The investigation is ongoing.
