El Dorado County, CA. – A man died early Friday morning after his pickup truck veered off Highway 193 and crashed into trees just west of Longview Lane, according to California Highway Patrol logs.
CHP said the collision appeared to have happened earlier in the morning, though authorities were not notified until around 7:30 a.m. When first responders arrived, they found an older model pickup towing a small utility trailer that had drifted off the right shoulder and struck several trees.
