Spokane, WA – An e-bike rider was killed in an early Sunday morning crash in Spokane, according to Spokane County Sheriff’s Office.
The incident happened on March 2 in the 1400 block of West White Road.
Investigators said the e-bike lacked sufficient lighting making it difficult to see.
The e-bike drifted partially over the center of the roadway and was struck by a Ford truck pulling a large trailer.
The bicyclist was killed in the accident. Their identity was not immediately disclosed.
The truck driver remained at the crash site and cooperated with the investigators.
