Lancaster, CA. – A boy died after he collided with a car while riding a pocket bike Sunday near an intersection in Lancaster.
The incident occurred around 1:45 p.m. on Lancaster Boulevard at 32nd Street.
According to the Lancaster Sheriff's Station, a boy was riding a pocket bike south on 32nd Street West when he reportedly ran a stop sign and collided with a Subaru going eastbound on Lancaster Boulevard.
The boy was thrown from the bike. He was taken to the hospital with injuries, where he was later pronounced dead.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
