A driver reportedly fled the scene after hitting and critically injuring Binod Budhathoki, 30, who was attempting to cross Cortland Street

San Francisco, CA.- A suspect has been arrested in connection with a deadly hit-and-run crash with a pedestrian in the Bernal Heights neighborhood of San Francisco last week on Saturday.
According to the San Francisco Police Department, the crash was reported at about 2:10 a.m. October 4, near Cortland and Anderson streets.
A driver reportedly fled the scene after hitting and critically injuring Binod Budhathoki, 30, who was attempting to cross Cortland Street.
Police performed life-saving measures on Budhathoki at the scene until medics arrived.
Medics transported him to a hospital but he succumbed to the injuries sustained.
On Thursday, police arrested Perla Rosario Henriquez Ulloa, 21, of San Francisco, in connection with the crash.
She was booked on multiple charges including hit-and-run, hit-and-run causing death, vehicular manslaughter, violation of the basic speed law, and destroying or concealing evidence.
The San Francisco Police Department is investigating the crash.
