Oxnard, CA.- A motorcycle rider was killed in a collision with a semi-truck in Oxnard on Thursday morning, according to the Oxnard Police Department.
The accident was reported at around 10 a.m. September 25, on Simon Way and Vineyard Avenue.
A man was riding a bicycle in the northbound lanes of Vineyard Avenue when he was struck by a northbound semi-truck.
The man was rushed to Ventura County Medical Center, where he succumbed to his injuries.
The driver stopped at the scene after the accident to aid the victim.
The accident is under investigation by the Oxnard Police Department.
