Berkeley, CA – Minor injuries were reported in a multi-vehicle accident that happened Tuesday afternoon in Berkeley, the California Highway Patrol reported.

The pileup was reported around 3:40 p.m. on November 3, 2026, on eastbound Interstate 80, just west of the University Avenue on-ramp.

Five vehicles, including a white Honda Civic and a red Toyota Corolla, were involved in the crash.

An unknown number of parties suffered minor injuries in the accident. Firefighters responded to the scene and provided medical aid to the victims.

The Nos. 1, 2, 3, and 4 lanes of eastbound I-80 near the crash scene were closed during the investigation.
