Bakersfield, CA – At least one person died in a multi-vehicle collision that happened Tuesday afternoon at an intersection in Bakersfield.
According to California Highway Patrol logs, the pileup occurred around 4:08 p.m. on June 2 at 7th Standard Road and Poplar Avenue.
A white sedan, a gray Toyota Corolla, and a blue sedan were involved in the crash, blocking both directions of 7th Standard Road.
At least one person was killed in the crash, the report stated.
At least two of the cars were towed away from the collision scene.
Authorities are investigating to establish the cause of the incident.
