Luis Castillo dies in two-vehicle collision at 7th Standard Road and Gossamer Grove Boulevard in Bakersfield
Bakersfield, CA. – Luis Fernando Farias Castillo, 22, has been identified as the driver who died in a car accident on Saturday evening in Shafter.
According to the Shafter Police Department, the accident happened around 5:38 p.m. at 7th Standard Road and Gossamer Grove Boulevard.
Two vehicles were involved in the collision. The events leading up to the accident, however, were not immediately determined.
Castillo was killed in the accident.
More details about the accident were not released.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
