Los Banos, CA. – One person died in a traffic collision that happened early Sunday morning in Los Banos, the California Highway Patrol reported.
The incident took place around 3:32 a.m. on State Route 165, just a mile north of Santa Fe Grade.
Three vehicles, including a black Toyota Corolla, were involved in the accident. One of the cars overturned in a canal.
One person was reportedly trapped inside one of the vehicles after the collision.
Firefighters said one person died in the collision.
It was unclear if anyone else was hurt.
CHP officers are investigating to determine the factors that contributed to the crash.
