A minivan reportedly lost control and struck a crowd of people, before slamming into a structure along a sidewalk in the open-air market

Los Angeles, CA.- Several people were injured when a vehicle crashed into a crowd near the Santee Alley in Los Angeles on Sunday, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department.
The accident took place near Maple Avenue and 12th Street at about 3:15 p.m. April 6.
A minivan reportedly lost control and struck a crowd of people, before slamming into a structure along a sidewalk in the open-air market.
Three children and four adults were transported to a hospital and were said to be in fair condition.
There were no reports of any arrests following the accident.
The investigation is ongoing.
