Cottonwood, CA.– At least one person was killed in a big rig accident south of Cottonwood on Sunday night.
According to California Highway Patrol, the incident was reported at around 11:30 p.m. November 9, on Interstate 5.
A big rig and a car were involved in the crash that occurred at the truck scales on southbound I-5.
The number of those killed was not specified.
The CHP is investigating to determine the cause of the accident.
