Tuba City, AZ– Authorities are investigating a deadly car accident that happened in Tuba City on Friday afternoon.
According to the Navajo Police Department, the collision occurred on US 60 near milepost 335 at around noon September 5.
It’s unclear what led up to the accident or how many vehicles were involved.
Police reported that at least one person involved in the crash was killed in the accident.
Both directions of US 60 were blocked following the incident.
An investigation to establish the cause of the accident is ongoing.
