A vehicle traveling on South 9th Street struck the rear of a big rig truck, then left the roadway and crashed into a chain-link fence
Modesto, CA.- At least one person was injured in a traffic accident that occurred in Modesto on Tuesday morning, according to the Modesto Fire Department.
The incident was reported on South 9th Street at about 5 a.m.
A vehicle traveling on South 9th Street struck the rear of a big rig truck, then left the roadway and crashed into a chain-link fence.
Medics provided aid to the driver of the vehicle, who was then transported to a hospital for further treatment.
It’s unclear whether the big rig driver was injured.
The California Highway Patrol is investigating the accident.
