Angela Maldonado, Skyy Richardson and Simon Onesavanh Killed in Acampo Car Accident on Highway 12

County, CA. – The San Joaquin County Medical Examiner's Office has identified three people who died in a that happened on Sunday afternoon near Acampo.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened around 3:40 p.m. on Highway 12 just east of Clements Road.

A Ford Fiesta was traveling east on Highway 12 when the driver lost control and collided with a Toyota Tacoma.

The driver of the Ford and two passengers were killed in the accident.

The three were identified as 25-year-old Angela Maldonado, of Lockeford; 21-year-old Skyy Richardson, of ; and 37-year-old Simon Onesavanh, of Stockton.

Two other passengers of the Ford were hospitalized with major injuries.

More details about the accident were not released.

An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
