Cardenas was transported to UCSD Medical Center, where he died on July 31
San Diego, CA. – The San Diego Medical Examiner’s Office has identified the man who died while receiving treatment after a car accident in National City.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened on the northbound 5 Freeway near Mile of Cars Way on April 2.
Two vehicles were involved in the collision. The events leading up to the accident were not immediately determined.
21-year-old Aaron Sebastian Cardenas, of San Ysidro, was transported to UCSD Medical Center, where he died on July 31.
More details on the accident were not released.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
