Bel-Air, CA. – Six people, including two elderly adults, were injured after a car crashed at a school in Bel-Air on Thursday, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department.
The crash happened just after 5 p.m. at the Wise School on the Stephen Wise Temple campus.
Emergency crews responded to the scene in the 15500 block of North Stephen S Wise Drive and found a BMW that had crashed into a short wall on school property.
Two seniors, a 90-year-old man and an 80-year-old woman, were taken to a nearby hospital. The man was in serious condition, while the woman was listed in fair condition.
Four others, including an 11-year-old boy, a 14-year-old girl, a 17-year-old boy, and a 30-year-old woman, were in fair condition and refused hospitalization.
LAPD is investigating the cause of the crash.
