Two adult female passengers in the Honda sustained major injuries and were transported to a local hospital for treatment

Sacramento, CA. – Two women were critically injured in a collision on Friday in North Sacramento.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened on Wright Street at Alta Arden.
A Honda was traveling northbound on Wright Street and was crossing the intersection when it collided with a Toyota Tundra westbound on Alta Arden.
Authorities say the Honda had failed to stop at the red light prior to the collision.
Two adult female passengers in the Honda sustained major injuries and were transported to a local hospital for treatment.
The driver of the Honda fled the scene on foot.
