Tracy, CA. – Two people died after a vehicle veered off the roadway and rolled into a canal in Tracy on Friday.
The accident happened around 8 a.m. on I-5 near Highway 132, according to the California Highway Patrol.
A Chevrolet Silverado with three occupants crashed and entered the water of the Delta Mendota canal.
Two occupants of the vehicle died and their bodies were recovered two days later.
A female passenger survived the accident.
