Nevada City, CA. – Two people were injured in a collision involving a Caltrans truck that happened in Nevada City on Thursday evening.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened around 4 p.m. on the Golden Center Freeway south of Sacramento Street.
A Honda reportedly crashed into a Caltrans truck on the freeway in unclear circumstances.
The Honda driver was taken to an area hospital with major injuries.
A Caltrans employee was also taken to an area hospital with unknown injuries.
More details about the accident were not released.
